Construction Project Manager
A progressive company in the commercial glazing industry with a goal toward growth is seeking a creative, task oriented individual to oversee and direct commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities: Communicates directly with contractors/designers concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling. Prepares project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications. Leads and directs the work of others. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals within a fixed budget and schedule. Typically reports to top management.

Requirements: Must be able to read architectural drawings. Bachelor's degree in engineering with 4 to 7 years of experience in the field is a plus. Must be familiar with a variety of field practices, and procedures such as prepare monthly progress billings, submittals, track changes, coordinate material ordering and deliveries, coordinate shop drawings and engineering.

Executive Administrative Assistant

• Construction experience a plus

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Metal worker
Pacific Aluminum offers a wide variety of architectural aluminum glazing systems for the commercial and high-end residential markets.

We need full-time committed employees who must be physically fit and able to lift 60+ pounds unassisted. Overtime is requested as workloads vary. Must be efficient operating small electric and air hand tools. Must be able to accurately read a tape to 1/16” increments . Specific duties include assembly, sealing, hardware installation, glazing, and quality control of custom aluminum windows. General construction knowledge or terminology is helpful, but not required.
